ABOUT THE CLASS:
Through a variety of improv games, students will explore the basic elements of comedy improv such as building relationships, character development, listening and agreeing, within the framework of short-form improv, in the style of the popular TV show “Whose Line is it Anyway.” Oh yeah, and they’re going to have a ton of FUN! A showcase will be held on April 29 for family and friends.
Rehearsals and performance will be held at:
Auditorium Center, Third Floor
875 E. Main Street Suite 380
Rochester, NY 14605
Parking located behind the building (enter from College Ave). Tell the attendant you are attending Stages.
We are grateful live theater is once again a part of this community - where our talented, focused, and committed youth performers can bring theater magic and joy to an audience!
To best serve the youth in our community, Stages theater is mask-optional as of March 2, 2022. This will allow parents to decide whether their children should wear a mask when participating in our programs. Audience members will also be mask optional as of March 2, 2022.
Withdrawal Policy: For withdrawal from classes, all participation and processing fees paid are refundable prior to the first day of class, minus the $25 nonrefundable deposit and the online processing fee. After that date, the session fee is nonrefundable except in the case of illness or emergency that prevents the student from attending the session.
