Celebrate Stages 2026

Join us on Sunday, April 12, 2026!

We are so excited to welcome everyone to Celebrate Stages! 

​

Our annual entertaining, family-friendly event to celebrate who we are and what we do will be held this year on Sunday, April 12,2026, 5:00-7:30 p.m. at Cathedral Hall on the 4th Floor of the West Herr Performing Arts Center (1 floor up from Stages)!

 

We will enjoy time with Stages friends, see amazing performances by Stages artistic staff and students, discover the show lineup for next season, honor a super volunteer, help raise funds for our very special youth theater, and more!

  • Presentation of the Classic Michael Lynch Award

  • Raise funds to help Stages reach its $40,000 goal

  • Announcement of the 2026-2027 Season

What a great year we have had, with live theater performances, new classes, and summer camps! We hope you'll agree that Stages provides valuable experiences to our students as they develop self-confidence, teamwork, empathy, friendships, and theater skills. 

​

Unlike many other local youth theater programs, A Magical Journey Thru Stages is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to provide high-quality youth theater experiences to the children in the Greater Rochester area. We have successfully pursued grants and other assistance to help with many of our staffing and facility needs, but as many of the COVID-era grants are expiring, donations from individuals and organizations is important.

Your tax-deductible gift to Stages helps us:

  • buy production rights for next year's shows

  • pay our student-focused artistic staff

  • promote our high-quality family-friendly programs

  • provide a safe and inclusive environment in which everyone can thrive

  • invest in technology to improve performances, parent experience, and operations.
